     Our "standard cut" includes your meat individually packaged and double wrapped to prevent "freezer burn".  Premium Vacuum Packaging is available.  Aspen Smoke House is a FDA certified deer processing facility.   Tour Our Facility

     You may also have your venison processed into ready to cook specialty cuts:  stews, roasts, marinated steaks, burger, and sausage.  The sausage is available in different "flavors".
